CMAXX Safety Pentagon:
The CMAXX is outfitted with the most innovative features including a redundant safety design.
The features include:
· Anti-Ramp Lift Rails - Stops filters from overlapping each other
· Double Gasketed Filters - Double layer of protection to ensure a good seal
· Completely Grounded - Filters are grounded to the dust collector
· Lift Rail Door Stop - Stops the door from closing if the lift rails are not in the proper upright position

High Entry Inlet Staggered Angle Inlet Baffle:

Imperial Systems Equipment Onsite Start-Up Service Commissioning and Customer Training:
An Imperial Systems Service Technician will carry out equipment start-up, system inspection, and training of key personnel. This service may include:
Visual Inspection:
· Ensuring the machine is properly sealed and installed per assembly instructions
· Checking for all proper electrical connections and functions
· Ensuring installation matches approval drawings regarding orientations
· If applicable, verifying that all deflagration and fire protection components are installed properly with proper orientations
Operating Parameters Inspection:
· Measuring the inlet airflow and ensuring it matches designed flow
· Checking static pressure to ensure that it matches designed start-up range
· Checking controls, if supplied by IS, for proper connections and operation per specification
Machine, controls, and maintenance training:
· Control panel programming and adjustments
The anticipated time required is one (1) standard business day on straight time. This cost includes technical labor, expenses, lodging, per diem and travel. Additional subsequent days will be at a cost of $1,850 per man at straight time and includes listed expenses. Overtime that exceeds 10 hours, weekend labor (Saturday and Sunday), or holiday labor will be charged at a current price schedule which is available upon request. All equipment needed to do the start-up such as man lifts, cranes, forklifts, etc. will be at the cost and the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Please note that price listed is good only if start-up is scheduled 18 full business days in advance of the requested date given to Imperial Systems or additional expedite charges may apply. If the work is canceled, rescheduled, or delayed by the customer at any time prior to the given / scheduled date, the customer will be responsible for travel changes, penalty costs, and additional cost per hour at the rate listed above.
This start-up is not an installation service. All equipment must be fully installed, wired, bump tested, and ready to run prior to a technician visit. Items that need completed prior to on-site start-up, commissioning, and training:
· Main power run to control panel and checked for proper connections
· Power run from control panel to blower, pulse cleaning solenoids, any other ancillary equipment
· Compressed air piping connected to collector
· Ducting fully installed
· Differential pressure tubing ran between dust collector and control panel
Some specialized equipment including, but not limited to, chemical explosion/fire suppression and spark detection equipment may need a commissioning or startup by a third-party certified technician. Pricing for that equipment is available by request and is not included in the below price.
